I attended the Finance Committee meeting just before Council on 7/9 and here's what I saw.
We had hoped for some small savings on our Insurance Policy, however the savings were too small, and the additional risk exposure made it unappealing. I'm comfortable leaving it as is.
We turned over the rock chasing savings, which is good, but there wasn't any opportunity underneath. Time to turn over others!
